Reiki
Reiki (Rei-meaning universal), and Ki-meaning life force, is a Japanese healing modality. The Reiki Practitioner lays her hands on or above the client, helping the client to facilitate healing on all levels (mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical). Reiki is extremely relaxing. When someone gets stressed, injured, etc.-the body forms a blockage. Over time the blockage puts the body in dis-ease-hence manifesting diseases, or other physical ailments. The body can naturally heal itself. The Reiki Practitioner can help the client release the blockages-but only if the client is ready to do so. Reiki is a form of complementary medicine, and by no means takes the place of your pets vet-it simply adds in the healing process. Many pets have routine Reiki treatments for personal wellness and relaxation.
Ear Candling
Ear Candling, is a safe, gentle, non-invasive way to remove excess wax and debris from the inside of the ears. Long tapered candles are inserted gently into the ears, than lit. The candle creates a slight vacuum effect; drawing softened wax and debris from the ears. Most people experience a gentle warmth in the ear canal, which has a soothing relaxing effect. Reported benefits- (1) relieves pressure in the ear canal and sinus, (2) safe removal of excess wax, (3) improves hearing, (4) helps balance and equilibrium, including vertigo, (5) helps eliminate ringing and itching in the ear, (6) fewer ear aches and infections, (7) fewer ear related headaches, (8) feeling of cleanliness, (9) helps fight infection. Almost everyone can benefit from ear candling. My boxer, Rocky, loves it!!
Aromatherapy Consultation
Aromatherapy simply means the ¡§study of scent¡¨. Aromatherapy is the skilled and controlled use of blending essential oils. Science is now confirming what has been known for centuries-essential oils have healing properties on both emotional and physical levels. Aromatherapy is absorbed through the skin, and via the olfactory-brain connection through inhalation. Essential oils have been considered among the most therapeutic and rejuvenating of all botanical extracts throughout the ages. Included in your pets session will be a guided meditation communicating with his/her inner child-animals love to do inner child work too-there are things that they need to here. I will support there session with a little reiki to help them relax. I will custom blend a product for you to continue treating your pet with -whether it is for an emotional, physical, mental, or spiritual aliment. I will apply the product to the animal-and also send it home with you, to help assist you in your pet in there healing process.
